In today's digital age, it's more important than ever to stay ahead of the curve. Nothing surprising! Yet, it's beyond hard for many companies and especially large corporations to create an ever-lasting environment that inhales & breaths innovation. Instead, they tend to spend more time with internal burocracies instead of focus on the value creation for superb products and services. They wander around the concept phase instead of switching gears to execution quickly and testing the minimum lovable product. I call it "impact over bla-bla". Over a decade, I have learned, lived and led teams to drive corporate entrepreneurship (or intrapreneurship; both terms are synonymical to me) and digital leadership, providing tools and strategies that are needed to succeed in a highly-competitive marketplace.

What's the key ingredient? Transformational leadership, that doesn't command & control, but one that trusts and inspires. I am grateful to have the chance to lead a company that allows me to work on my leadership skills every day to proof my concept of transformational leadership.
